Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC

1.Post placing the order, after 4-5 business days (Saturday & Sunday is off) the product will be dispatched.

2.Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail or WhatsApp text with the tracking number of your package.


3.Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Please provide the complete shipping address including pin code and a valid contact number & mail I'd.


4.Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us.

5.Please note that our courier partners are independent third-party service providers. Once an order has been dispatched, any delivery-related issues fall under their responsibility. However, our team is always here to assist and coordinate with the courier to help resolve any concerns. Kindly note that the brand is not liable for any financial losses caused by courier-related errors.

INTERNATIONAL

    1. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the order value and package dimensions.

    2. Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 7–8 business days after placement.

    3. ⁠Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure accuracy to avoid delivery delays.

    4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number.

    5. Customs & VAT: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or VAT must be paid by the customer upon delivery, as per the destination country’s regulations.

    6. Delivery Partners: We ship through trusted logistics providers including DTDC, DHL, FedEx, and UBT.
