Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC

1. Shipping within India is INR 120 irrespective of the number of items bought.
2. Post placing the order, after 4-5 business days (Saturday & Sunday is off) the product will be dispatched.
3. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package.
4. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Please provide the complete shipping address including pin code and a contact number.
5. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us.

Our delivery partner is DTDC.

 

INTERNATIONAL

1. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order
2. Post placing the order, after 4-6 business days the product will be dispatched.
3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order
4. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package
5. Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer

Refund & Return Policy

We do exchange for size issue.

For an example if you order size M from us which is 36 inches BUST and WAIST 30 inches you can make it from 36 inches to 38 inches and 30 inches to 32 inches if required ( FROM LOCAL TAILOR ; AS WE KEEP EXTRA MARGIN ) Or You need to send us the product we'll do the alteration and sent back to your address. For one-time exchange or one-time alteration there is no extra charges are required and alteration and exchange is available for one-time only. WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS you have to inform us regarding the exchange or alteration.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need to keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
