We do exchange for size issue.

PROCEDURE

For an example if you order size M from us which is 36 inches BUST and WAIST 30 inches you can make it from 36 inches to 38 inches and 30 inches to 32 inches if required ( FROM LOCAL TAILOR ; AS WE KEEP EXTRA MARGIN ) Or You need to send us the product we'll do the alteration and sent back to your address. For one-time exchange or one-time alteration there is no extra charges are required and alteration and exchange is available for one-time only. WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS you have to inform us regarding the exchange or alteration.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

While placing the order of customized products share the proper measurements with us and for more details Check out our size guide,how to take proper measurements from a garment.
In case of customization you cannot exchange or return the products.
In case of customisation you can not get any refund unless we send any damaged products.
In this case the refund amount Will be credited to your MONRI account for next shopping

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

For any kind of damage of the product, our team needs a proper opening video from first to last where we could see the damages clearly. In this case we will arrange for the return or exchange within next 7 business days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need to keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are non refundable.
Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
