1. In case of customization, you cannot exchange or return or refund for the products.
2. In case of customization, you cannot get any refund unless we send any damaged products.

• EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

For any kind of damage of the product, our team needs a proper opening video from first to last where we could see the damages clearly. In this case we will arrange for the return or exchange within next 7 business days.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging and there should be no perfume smell.
